Junior SAP CO-PS Support Consultant

Role overview An entry-level support role focused on SAP Controlling for Project Systems (CO-PS), delivered remotely within Romania. The position sits inside an engineering and IT services organization and is intended for someone early in their SAP consulting career who wants to grow into handling real CO-PS support work for clients.

Responsibilities - Provide functional support for SAP CO-PS issues raised by users. - Assist senior consultants in diagnosing configuration and process gaps. - Help document solutions, known errors, and standard procedures. - Learn to translate business controlling questions into system-side troubleshooting steps.

Requirements - Foundational understanding of SAP CO-PS concepts, including cost and revenue elements on projects. - Willingness to learn enterprise support workflows and ticketing processes. - Clear written communication for working with distributed teams and end users. - Eligibility to work remotely from Romania.

Nice to have - Prior internship, coursework, or freelance exposure to SAP CO or CO-PS. - Familiarity with broader SAP S/4HANA or ECC finance modules. - Comfort working in a remote-first engineering team.
