This senior pre-sales role leads technical strategy for complex, multi-domain enterprise opportunities from discovery through deal close. The architect partners with sales leaders and technical directors to shape solutions that align technology investments with business outcomes for high-value clients. The position blends solution ownership, executive-level client engagement, and internal mentorship across the architecture practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead sophisticated, multi-practice discovery sessions centered on client business outcomes rather than product features - Own end-to-end solution architecture and technical strategy for medium to large-scale opportunities - Identify cross-practice opportunities spanning networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering - Drive cohesive architectural solutions and well-defined execution pathways across practice teams - Partner with sales leadership to influence deal strategy, qualification, and positioning - Validate solution designs, bills of materials, and statements of work with practice leaders and principal architects - Serve as a primary technical escalation point during later stages of complex sales cycles - Mentor architects and engineers in solution design, discovery techniques, and consultative selling - Develop reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and enablement content - Participate in senior-level client workshops, briefings, and security awareness practices
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting - Demonstrated success designing and selling comprehensive, multi-domain enterprise solutions - Advanced consultative discovery skills and a proven ability to guide decision-making processes - Broad technical proficiency across at least two core practice areas such as networking, data center, cloud, security, or platform engineering - Ability to independently manage complex technical sales cycles - Based in Georgia; up to 40% travel - Relevant OEM certifications are highly preferred
