#7 - Senior Data Scientist & AI - Databricks

Role overview Develop machine learning and AI products that improve the digital ordering experience in a large, multi-country business application. You’ll work across the product lifecycle with product, engineering, and business colleagues, turning customer and transaction data into models and recommendations that can scale across markets.

Responsibilities - Build recommendation and personalization systems, customer segments, and models for churn prediction and digital behavior analysis. - Develop approaches to prioritize and coordinate customer notifications. - Explore data, apply statistical analysis, and engineer features to find patterns and product opportunities. - Evaluate model performance and refine solutions for predictive quality and measurable business impact. - Collaborate across disciplines to shape business challenges into scalable machine learning solutions. - Explain findings, model results, and practical recommendations to technical and business audiences.

Requirements - Practical experience developing and implementing machine learning or AI solutions. - Strong Python and SQL skills, with sound knowledge of statistics, exploratory analysis, feature engineering, and predictive modeling. - Experience in recommendation, personalization, segmentation, digital behavior, churn, or related applications. - Familiarity with Databricks and Apache Spark, and experience building solutions that handle large datasets. - Ability to translate complex analysis into useful business insights and communicate clearly with varied stakeholders.

Nice to have Experience with large language models, AI agents, MLOps, production model deployment and monitoring, workflow orchestration, or event and user-tracking data.
