Sr Software Developer

Role overview A senior software developer position focused on systems integration within a healthcare provider organization. The role supports the Integration Team, working on business-side software that connects clinical and operational systems. The position is fully remote, based in Michigan, with a steady weekday day-shift schedule.

Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain integrations between internal applications and platforms - Collaborate with the Integration Team to deliver solutions supporting healthcare operations - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues that affect downstream business workflows - Participate in an on-call rotation for integration-related escalations - Contribute to technical decisions and code quality across assigned integration projects

Requirements - Senior-level experience as a software developer, including work on integration projects - Strong programming and problem-solving skills for connecting disparate systems - Comfort working independently in a remote role while staying aligned with a distributed team - Ability to participate in an on-call rotation when integration incidents arise - Availability for a full-time weekday schedule during day-shift hours (8:30 am to 4:30 pm)
