Responsibilities

- Edit long-form and short-form video content with an emphasis on pacing, retention, and audience engagement - Make scene-level decisions on cuts, sound, and visual storytelling across multiple projects - Collaborate with producers, creators, and fellow editors to ship content at speed - Iterate on edits based on performance data, audience signals, and team feedback - Develop repeatable editing approaches and workflows that scale across a high-volume content slate

Requirements

- A self-produced walkthrough video of 5 minutes or less that walks through a personal edit, explains the decisions made, and reflects on what you would change today - Submission must be a link to a hosted video that the review team can access directly - No resume or cover letter required
