Job details
About this role
Role overview
A senior full stack engineer will join a small, fast-moving team building a global platform that connects creators and brands, where correctness, trust, and speed all matter at once. The role spans the full stack with AI coding agents treated as a native part of the daily workflow, and ownership runs from development through deployment and production reliability. It is well suited to someone who thrives when a single creator moment can drive a surge of activity through every layer of the system.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship product features end-to-end across frontend and backend using AI coding agents and AI-assisted QA workflows - Take features from development through deployment and own them in production, especially where payments, verification, and content decisions are involved - Write clean, reliable, performant code that holds up under launch-driven, bursty load - Collaborate closely with teammates to maintain high engineering standards, fast iteration, and continuous learning - Contribute to a culture where AI fluency and accountability for shipped work are core expectations
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building consumer-facing products across the full stack - Strong TypeScript skills across backend (Node.js with NestJS or equivalent) and frontend (React/Next.js), with solid grounding in event-driven architecture - Daily, practical fluency with AI coding agents and AI-assisted development tooling - Ownership mindset with a track record of following through on production issues and reliability - Comfort moving between client and server as product needs shift
Nice to have
- Experience with the surrounding stack: Next.js, Python, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, AWS (EKS, ArgoCD) with canary deployments, and Grafana + Sentry for observability - Background in ML-assisted moderation, fraud detection, or media and content pipelines - Prior work at a consumer-scale company or on payments and payout flows
Benefits and work setup
- Remote role based in Brazil, reporting to the Director of Engineering - Compensation range of R$399,000 to R$460,500 plus equity and a 15% bonus - Generous medical, dental, and vision coverage plus company-paid life insurance - HSA contributions and a 401(k) plan with safe-harbor company matching - Flexible vacation policy, paid company holidays, and a provided technology package - Relocation assistance where applicable, including travel and company-provided housing for the first 90 days
