Senior Process Automation Engineer

Role overview Redesign business processes and deliver dependable automation that cuts repetitive work while improving execution speed and accuracy. You’ll identify suitable opportunities, build connected workflows, and track their results through ongoing monitoring and clear operational handovers.

Responsibilities - Review existing processes and prioritize where automation can have the greatest impact. - Design and implement workflows that connect systems and teams. - Measure automation outcomes and monitor performance, errors, and exceptions. - Document controls, continuity arrangements, and handover procedures. - Coordinate implementation and change with multiple teams.

Requirements - At least five years of experience in automation or process improvement, including integrated enterprise processes. - Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or other technical field. - Practical experience with RPA, BPM, or other automation platforms. - Understanding of APIs, databases, and process design. - Ability to manage change and work across teams.

Nice to have - Professional certification in automation or Lean.
