Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Role overview Turn machine learning methods into dependable capabilities that can be measured, maintained, and used in enterprise settings. The role covers model development and evaluation as well as the services, quality measures, and cross-team collaboration needed to operate models in production.

Responsibilities - Develop and evaluate machine learning models and workflows. - Build services for model inference, monitoring, and optimization. - Create test suites and define measures for model quality and safety. - Work with product, data, and platform teams to bring AI capabilities into use. - Help ensure deployed models perform reliably in real operating environments.

Requirements - At least five years of experience in machine learning or AI, including running models in production. - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, or a related field. - Proficiency in Python and modern machine learning frameworks. - Understanding of MLOps, evaluation methods, and experimental data. - Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.

Nice to have - Experience with language models and enterprise applications.
