Senior Flutter Developer

Role overview Lead the architecture and delivery of Flutter mobile apps for e-commerce, shaping how customers browse, shop, and pay across iOS and Android. You’ll work closely with backend and engineering teams on API integration, performance, security, and technical direction, while supporting other developers through mentoring and code reviews.

Responsibilities - Own mobile application design and architecture, and guide implementation from planning through release. - Connect apps to commerce services and headless content platforms using REST and GraphQL, including federated schemas with Apollo Client. - Improve interface responsiveness, data flow, and performance across devices in collaboration with backend engineers. - Build secure authentication and payment journeys that follow mobile security practices. - Maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and code review standards; monitor performance and address bottlenecks. - Contribute to technical planning and mentor junior and mid-level developers.

Requirements - Substantial software development experience, including senior-level Flutter mobile work. - Hands-on experience with Apollo GraphQL, federated schemas, and REST/GraphQL integrations. - Strong command of Flutter state management approaches such as BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider. - Experience integrating mobile products with e-commerce backends, headless CMS platforms, and payment gateways. - Knowledge of mobile security, authentication, and payment or PCI integrations. - Experience with mobile CI/CD and automated testing; fluent English and availability aligned with CST while based in Latin America.

Nice to have - Work on large retail or e-commerce platforms; native iOS or Android development; performance monitoring or crash analytics; a relevant technical degree.
