About this role
Role overview
Guide business customers through the technical and operational steps needed to launch a communications product built on Salesforce. You’ll own onboarding from kickoff through go-live, help customers configure and adopt the solution, and establish a clear handoff to ongoing customer support. The work combines project coordination, technical implementation, customer education, and early risk management.
Responsibilities - Coordinate several customer onboarding projects at once, tracking schedules, risks, dependencies, and go-live readiness. - Set up standard Salesforce and product configurations, complete messaging integrations, and troubleshoot issues or route them to technical support. - Deliver tailored training for individual users and groups, including guidance on messaging features, configuration, and carrier requirements. - Keep customers informed, set expectations, and resolve questions through a case management process within agreed service timelines. - Identify recurring implementation challenges and recommend improvements to onboarding processes and self-service materials. - Coordinate requirements and handoffs with sales, customer success, product, and support teams.
Requirements - Two to four years of experience managing customer accounts or working directly with customers. - Strong Salesforce experience; relevant certifications are a plus. - Project management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to manage competing timelines independently. - Ability to explain technical products clearly to nontechnical audiences and adapt training to different users and group settings. - Consultative customer service approach, with sound judgment about technical or regulatory risks and the ability to raise concerns early. - Comfort working both autonomously and collaboratively as customer needs and priorities change.
Nice to have - Fluency in additional languages.
Benefits and work setup - Remote work from anywhere in the United States. - Listed base pay of $70,000–$80,000 depending on experience, plus a variable bonus. - Medical, vision, dental, disability, and life insurance; a matching 401(k); flexible time off; nine federal holidays; and six paid sick days.
