Staff Frontend Engineer

Role overview Set frontend architecture and build real-time product interfaces for a communications dashboard. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on delivery across dialer controls, campaign management, and analytics, while helping the team maintain consistent engineering practices.

Responsibilities - Guide architecture decisions for a Next.js App Router codebase. - Build real-time dialer interfaces integrating WebRTC and WebSockets. - Create dashboard components that are accessible and performant. - Mentor junior engineers and establish frontend coding standards. - Partner with design and product colleagues to deliver features end to end.

Requirements - At least seven years of frontend engineering experience, including three or more years with React or Next.js. - Deep knowledge of React Server Components, Suspense, and streaming. - Experience building real-time user interfaces. - Strong TypeScript skills and disciplined testing practices, using tools such as Vitest or Playwright. - Attention to visual detail and accessibility.
