Role overview
Join a go-to-market delivery engineering team focused on post-sales onboarding and ongoing data health for strategic, high-value customers. The position blends technical consulting, project management, and hands-on analytics expertise to embed an event-based product analytics platform into client ecosystems. A key emphasis is enabling clients to integrate their data with emerging AI and agentic workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding and data quality initiatives for strategic accounts, including enhancements to data governance and overall tech stack integration - Partner with pre-sales colleagues to define business goals and success metrics that shape data architecture and project outcomes - Work directly with customer engineering, product, and marketing teams on technical onboarding, deployment optimization, and trust-building around data - Deliver a range of technical services, from data architecture consultations to adoption best practices and change management - Build scalable governance practices and lead data optimization or re-implementation projects using modern data architecture patterns - Construct AI automations that help customers operate on their data at scale and consult on integrating agentic workflows with platform data - Act as a technical sponsor with internal product and engineering teams, prioritizing client-driven systems work
Requirements
- Hands-on experience querying, modeling, and transforming data with at least one core tool such as SQL, dbt, Python, a BI platform, or a product analytics tool - Familiarity with major cloud data warehouses and databases, including Google Cloud, Amazon Redshift, and Microsoft Azure - Understanding of product analytics implementation patterns, including SDKs, Customer Data Platforms, event streaming, and reverse ETL - Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects while balancing scope, timelines, and unexpected issues - Experience embedding AI into personal or team workflows, including working with MCP servers, prompt/skill design, and context engineering - Background in customer success, client-facing professional services, consulting, or technical project management
