About this role
Role overview A product analytics platform is hiring a Customer Value Architect to connect what customers buy with what they actually realize in business outcomes. The role sits inside the revenue organization and owns adoption and value plans for a defined book of accounts, partnering closely with Account Executives and renewal counterparts. It is well suited to someone building toward full account ownership with manager and senior teammate support.
Responsibilities - Help own the value plan for accounts, tying the customer's original business problem to measurable outcomes. - Build trusted relationships with both business and technical stakeholders, aligning platform capabilities to customer priorities. - Run discovery on customer pain points and translate findings into adoption plan updates. - Partner with Account Executives on expansion and with renewal counterparts on renewals, supplying adoption evidence. - Lead enablement and best-practices sessions on dashboard design, funnel analysis, and retention modeling. - Monitor usage and health signals, support business reviews, and triage product questions or escalations across GTM, Product, and Engineering.
Requirements - Two to four years of experience in customer success, consulting, or a related field supporting B2B SaaS accounts, or equivalent experience. - Track record building relationships across a range of stakeholders, from business partners to technical teams. - Ability to translate technical concepts such as data models and product metrics for non-technical audiences. - Growing experience connecting product usage to customer outcomes and ROI. - Comfort supporting adoption plans that link daily work to broader customer goals. - Hands-on experience with AI or agentic tooling beyond casual use, such as MCP-based workflows or LLM copilots. - Collaborative approach with good judgment on prioritization, supported by managers and senior teammates.
Nice to have - Background in product analytics, growth, or data-driven product development. - Experience in a technical advisory or professional services capacity. - Familiarity with analytics instrumentation, event tracking, or related data tooling.
Benefits and work setup - Remote position (LI-Remote). - Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, a mental wellness benefit, enhanced parental leave, volunteer time off, generous vacation, and additional company holidays. - Pre-tax benefits including 401(k), a wellness benefit, and a holiday break; benefits for contract roles vary.
