Senior Observability/DevOps Engineer

Role overview

This is a senior engineering position centered on observability and DevOps, based in Kyiv, Ukraine, and sitting within an Engineering department. Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain observability infrastructure covering metrics, logs, and traces - Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and operational tooling - Support production reliability through monitoring, alerting, and incident response - Collaborate with engineering teams on deployment, performance, and day-to-day operational practices - Mentor colleagues and contribute to decisions affecting platform and reliability architecture

Requirements

- Senior-level experience in DevOps, site reliability, or observability-focused engineering - Strong working knowledge of monitoring, logging, and metrics systems - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code practices - Proficiency in scripting, automation, and CI/CD tooling - Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, and production operations
