Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer

Role overview A senior-level engineering role combining DevOps and internal platform responsibilities, based in Kyiv with a remote-friendly engineering organization. The position supports the engineering department's IT and information systems needs, building and maintaining the infrastructure and tooling that product teams rely on.

Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and platform tooling used by engineering teams. - Operate, monitor, and improve production and staging environments to support reliable deployments. - Collaborate with software engineers to streamline release processes and developer experience. - Manage cloud and on-premise infrastructure, including security, scaling, and cost optimization. - Document platform standards and mentor team members on DevOps best practices.

Requirements - Senior-level experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer in a production engineering environment. - Strong proficiency with major cloud providers, Linux systems, and infrastructure as code tools. - Solid scripting skills (such as Bash, Python, or Go) and experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tooling. - Comfort working in an IT and services-oriented engineering department.

Nice to have - Experience supporting multiple product teams or building shared internal developer platforms.
