Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer

Role overview A senior-level opportunity is open for a DevOps/Platform Engineer to strengthen and evolve the infrastructure backbone that supports engineering teams. The role focuses on building reliable, automated, and scalable platform capabilities so product developers can ship quickly and safely. Based in Kyiv, Ukraine, the position sits within an engineering organization that values modern delivery practices and operational excellence.

Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and automation that accelerate software delivery. - Operate and improve production and non-production environments, focusing on reliability, scalability, and observability. - Partner with development teams to streamline build, test, deploy, and release workflows. - Manage and evolve container platforms, orchestration, and related runtime infrastructure. - Strengthen monitoring, alerting, incident response, and on-call practices. - Contribute to security, compliance, and cost-efficiency initiatives across the platform.

Requirements - Several years of professional experience in DevOps, platform, or site reliability engineering. - Strong proficiency with Linux systems, scripting, and infrastructure-as-code tooling. - Hands-on experience with cloud providers, containers, and orchestration platforms. - Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control workflows, and release engineering. - Practical knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and observability stacks. - Comfort working in a collaborative, cross-functional engineering environment.

Nice to have - Experience mentoring engineers and shaping platform standards across teams. - Familiarity with modern SRE practices such as SLOs, error budgets, and blameless post-incident reviews.
