Job details
About this role
Role overview A B2B SaaS company serving the fitness and wellness industry is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the platform capabilities that power multi-location and franchise operations. The role owns the foundational infrastructure, including hierarchy models, cross-location data synchronization, inherited permissions, and the financial workflows that keep an enterprise network connected, that lets enterprise customers operate many sites as one business. It is a senior, customer-facing position suited to someone comfortable with deep data models, transactional systems, and modernizing legacy architecture without disrupting customers.
Responsibilities - Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for core multi-location and franchise platform capabilities. - Model how locations within enterprise networks relate, synchronize, and inherit data, roles, and access control. - Lead the design of intuitive site-to-site navigation and corporate-facing tooling that helps operators manage complex location networks. - Own product requirements for financial workflows such as franchise-fee calculations, reciprocity fees, revenue splits, and cross-location transfers. - Modernize legacy multi-location infrastructure while balancing migration risk, backward compatibility, and business continuity. - Partner with Engineering, Design, Solutions Architecture, Customer Experience, and Payments to translate complex platform concepts into usable experiences. - Define success metrics, monitor platform health, and use qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritize investment.
Requirements - Proven experience as a product manager on a B2B SaaS platform, ideally with multi-location or enterprise hierarchy work shipped to production. - Deep familiarity with data modeling, transactional systems, and the tradeoffs of evolving legacy architecture in place. - Track record of partnering closely with Engineering and Design to ship complex platform capabilities. - Comfort engaging directly with enterprise customers, validating solutions, and communicating tradeoffs. - Ability to move confidently between platform architecture, customer conversations, operational processes, and executive-level strategy. - Skill in anticipating migration and adoption risks early rather than treating them as downstream implementation concerns.
Benefits and work setup - Base salary range in the United States: $130,000 to $183,000, with potential performance bonus and additional incentive compensation. - Compensation varies by candidate's skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. - Equal opportunity employer with a stated commitment to diversity across backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
