Description:
Our client is undergoing a CRM D365 implementation and requires a Test Manager to work alongside their partner and in-house team.
Minimum Years’ Experience:
5 Years
Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience with Dynamics CRM/CE.
- Creation of test cases based on business process flows.
- Test planning, execution and result compilation.
- Preparation and execution of regression test plans.
- Organising and managing Test Analysts.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Developing internal test management capabilities.
- Resourcing of internal test colleagues for Dynamics 365 projects as needed.
- Improve the quality of Dynamics 365 projects.
- To act as a conduit for top-down/bottom-up communication.
- Direction and guidance for test process improvements and establishment of policies.
