Software Engineering Intern

Role overview Join an engineering team as an intern contributing to features and fixes for a human resources platform. You will work alongside experienced engineers, take part in team development practices, and build practical software skills through real project work. The internship is expected to last three to six months, with possible full-time employment afterward for exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities - Implement platform features and fix software defects. - Write code that is maintainable and testable. - Participate in code reviews and use feedback to improve code quality. - Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers. - Learn the team’s development processes and tools, and document work and lessons.

Requirements - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. - Basic knowledge of at least one programming language, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python. - Familiarity with web fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Eagerness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. - Ability to communicate and work collaboratively, while also taking ownership of tasks. - Based in Europe to support collaboration with the distributed team.
