About this role
Role overview Serve as the Salesforce Systems Administrator for a recruiting platform supporting U.S. Army operations. The role blends platform configuration, business analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to improve data quality, user experience, and operational effectiveness, including hands-on use of AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
Responsibilities - Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce-based recruiting platform, including objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, Flows, and security settings. - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. - Collaborate with product leads, designers, developers, and government stakeholders to deliver new capabilities and enhancements. - Support design, testing, integration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance activities. - Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for recruiting operations and leadership decision-making. - Monitor platform performance, data quality, system security, and user adoption; troubleshoot and coordinate issue resolution. - Leverage Salesforce AI capabilities (Agentforce, Einstein AI, generative AI tools) and AI-enabled assistants for documentation, testing, and process improvement. - Ensure compliance with Army, DoD, cybersecurity, privacy, and data governance requirements.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in an applicable field plus one year of graduate study in a specialized area; OR a specialized bachelor's plus two years of experience; OR any bachelor's plus three years of specialized experience. - Hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a professional environment. - Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security models, user and data management, reporting, and workflow automation. - Proficiency with Flow, permission sets, profiles, dashboards, reports, data imports, and platform configuration. - Experience gathering requirements and supporting enterprise software, cloud platforms, or CRM systems. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, system integrations, and APIs; strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
