AI Powered Product Manager

Role overview

This is a hybrid product strategist and AI-assisted builder role focused on turning customer needs into validated software features using cutting-edge AI coding assistants and no-code or low-code platforms. The AI-Powered Product Manager produces interactive prototypes that stakeholders can experience before production work begins, owns an Agile backlog, and represents the product in customer-facing settings such as demos and training. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast, ambiguous, high-ownership growth-stage environment.

Responsibilities

- Partner with customers to define, document, and validate scope, functionality, and usability requirements, translating discovery into user stories, storyboards, annotated wireframes, and working AI-generated prototypes. - Manage customer expectations transparently around feature timelines, releases, and training, and represent the product in demos, training sessions, and technical sales support as needed. - Use AI coding assistants and no-code or low-code builder platforms to produce interactive prototypes that validate ideas before production development. - Champion AI-augmented workflows across the product team, including prompt engineering for spec drafting, automated test case generation, rapid documentation, and ongoing evaluation of new tools. - Own and groom the product backlog with high-quality user stories, clear acceptance criteria, and detailed test cases, collaborating daily with developers, QA, and design. - Author and maintain customer-facing content such as user manuals, in-app help, best practices guides, and release notes, plus internal feature specs, process guides, and onboarding materials.

Requirements

- 4+ years in a product role covering product management, product development, or a hybrid builder/PM function. - Demonstrable history of using AI tools such as Cursor, Replit, Lovable, v0, Bolt, Claude, or ChatGPT to build and ship working prototypes. - Solid grounding in Agile and Scrum, including backlog management, sprint ceremonies, user story writing, and acceptance-criteria definition. - Experience writing functional requirements and detailed test cases in an Agile environment. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for technical and non-technical audiences. - Comfort working in a fast, ambiguous, high-ownership small company environment and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and standard SaaS collaboration platforms.

Nice to have

- Knowledge of the clinical research industry, including sponsors, CROs, eClinical providers, or regulatory frameworks such as GCP and 21 CFR Part 11. - Hands-on experience with eClinical platforms such as EDC, CTMS, eTMF, eConsent, or RTSM. - Background in a formal AI builder or developer role where production-quality features were shipped with AI assistance.
