About this role

Role overview Own the live development of existing mobile games, shaping what gets built next and implementing the systems that keep titles engaging after release. This is a hands-on role for someone who has managed LiveOps through mobile soft launch and global launch, can read game performance data, and can turn it into a practical roadmap.

Responsibilities - Review retention, session length, revenue, conversion, and cohort behavior to identify the next product improvements. - Build and ship events, content updates, progression, offers, economy adjustments, and remote configuration. - Work within existing codebases to add live features without disrupting current gameplay. - Set update cadence and maintain a LiveOps roadmap for one or more titles. - Assess launch readiness and ensure live systems, balancing, calendars, and tooling are prepared before user acquisition scales. - Coordinate priorities with publishing colleagues and document changes to support repeatable updates across titles.

Requirements - At least two years owning LiveOps for shipped mobile games, including update cadence, events, progression, economy, and offers. - Experience taking a mobile title through both soft launch and global launch, including preparing for scaled user acquisition. - At least three years of professional game development on shipped titles, with current hands-on coding experience. - Ability to use game metrics to decide what to build and explain the reasoning behind priorities. - Strong iOS and Android development experience, including awareness of platform differences in performance, controls, and user experience. - Practical experience with analytics, A/B testing, remote configuration, live tooling, and monetization or advertising SDKs. - Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to have Browser game development, multiplayer or networking experience, strong game design judgment, or Turkish language skills.

Benefits and work setup Remote work with flexible hours and location. The role offers substantial ownership, and the team meets in person for one or two paid team weeks each year, including travel and accommodation.
