Junior QA Specialist

Role overview A junior quality assurance role focused on manual testing within agile product teams that build modern web and mobile applications. The position suits someone early in their QA career who wants to grow quickly by working across diverse client projects, from established companies to early-stage startups building their first MVPs.

Responsibilities - Plan and execute manual test cases, including exploratory sessions, acceptance checks, and end-to-end scenarios - Build test scenarios, user stories, and detailed bug reports with clear reproduction steps - Validate APIs and verify that features meet acceptance criteria before release - Collaborate daily with developers, scrum masters, proxy product owners, and product designers to keep quality central to delivery - Approach testing from a quality-oriented mindset rather than chasing defects alone, while documenting differences and edge cases precisely - Contribute ideas for process improvements and AI-assisted ways of working

Requirements - 6 to 12 months of hands-on QA experience on software teams operating in an agile environment - Practical experience with exploratory testing techniques - Basic SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases - Working knowledge of Jira or a comparable agile project management tool - Foundational understanding of APIs and browser developer tools - Genuine curiosity about AI and some practical experience applying AI tools in projects - English at B2 level and Polish at C1 or above, with strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude

Nice to have - ISEB or ISTQB certification - A good eye for UI and UX issues - Prior experience working directly with clients
