Junior Frontend Developer (React.js)

Role overview A junior frontend engineering role focused on building and maintaining React.js applications for a portfolio of international clients, ranging from established companies to early-stage startups building MVPs. The work spans diverse industries such as FinTech, SportsTech, and MedTech, offering exposure to varied product challenges. Developers collaborate inside Scrum teams and are encouraged to grow from frontend into broader full-stack responsibilities.

Responsibilities - Develop and maintain React.js applications using modern JavaScript and TypeScript - Build responsive interfaces with attention to design details and user experience - Write clean, maintainable code aligned with team conventions and standards - Participate in code reviews, both giving and receiving constructive feedback - Grow into backend work using Node.js, supported by mentors - Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, developers, and product owners to deliver features end-to-end - Document work and contribute to the team's knowledge base

Requirements - Around one year of commercial web development experience - Solid JavaScript fundamentals and working TypeScript knowledge - Hands-on experience with the React.js ecosystem, including hooks and state management - Familiarity with REST API integration and basic build tool configuration - Comfort using AI coding assistants for learning and productivity while critically evaluating outputs - English at B2+ for international collaboration and Polish at C1 for daily team communication - Willingness to work in Agile/Scrum environments and learn from mentors

Nice to have - Exposure to modern meta-frameworks such as Next.js, Remix, or SvelteKit - Basic understanding of cloud services like AWS or serverless platforms - Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines - Experience with testing tools such as Jest or React Testing Library
