Job details
About this role
Role overview A hands-on, builder-first engineering role embedded in Marketing Operations, responsible for architecting the enrichment, scoring, and signal pipelines that power the go-to-market motion. The role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and RevOps, translating GTM strategy into working infrastructure that helps teams find, prioritize, and engage target accounts more efficiently and at scale.
Responsibilities - Design and maintain multi-step Clay tables and workflows for lead and account enrichment, waterfall data sourcing, intent signals, scoring, and list building. - Build AI-driven agents that trigger sales and marketing actions off signals such as funding events, hiring changes, tech stack changes, intent data, and call insights. - Architect and maintain GTM workflows across PPC and ad platforms (LinkedIn, Demandbase Ads, Reddit, etc.), using Clay as an orchestration layer to move accounts between platforms as they progress through funnel stages. - Run and continuously refine ABM motions against a defined target account list, including identification, scoring, and targeting strategies over time. - Monitor data quality and deliverability across existing workflows, improve process efficiency, and maintain documentation with naming conventions, change logs, and table architecture notes. - Track outbound and sequence performance and iterate on infrastructure as the GTM roadmap evolves.
Requirements - Hands-on builder experience with Clay and adjacent GTM tooling such as Apollo, Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, or Gong. - Proven ability to translate GTM strategy and campaign requests into scoped, buildable technical requirements and troubleshoot issues as they arise. - Strong understanding of waterfall data enrichment, intent data, lead scoring, and ABM targeting methodologies. - Experience orchestrating cross-platform workflows that move accounts through funnel stages and optimize paid media spend. - Discipline around documentation, version control, and data quality QA.
Benefits and work setup - Remote-first position within approved U.S. national locations under a Flexible First policy.
