About this role
Role overview A senior individual contributor role on the Revenue Operations GTM Analytics team, focused on driving revenue growth and operational efficiency through data-driven insights across the sales lifecycle. The position partners closely with Sales, Delivery, and RevOps leadership to inform pipeline, forecasting, and performance decisions, while reducing manual reporting through self-service tooling and AI-assisted workflows.
Responsibilities - Independently scope and deliver high-visibility analytics projects spanning pipeline analysis, forecasting, win/loss trends, and conversion optimization. - Translate open-ended business questions into validated, documented recommendations for senior stakeholders across Sales, Delivery, and RevOps. - Design and build strategic self-service dashboards (such as Pipeline Metrics, Sales Activity Performance, or Existing Customer Data Performance) in Tableau, Looker, or Salesforce. - Reduce ad-hoc reporting load by identifying recurring request patterns, building reusable data models, templates, and self-service documentation for power users. - Partner with FP&A, Partner Operations, and RevOps to streamline the delivery and launch forecasting process. - Design and implement AI-assisted workflows, automations, or lightweight agentic tools that cut down on manual reporting and data hygiene.
Requirements - Demonstrated experience independently owning end-to-end analytics projects from scoping through delivery with minimal guidance. - Strong SQL and data modeling skills, with hands-on experience building dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or Salesforce reporting tools. - Background partnering cross-functionally with sales and revenue leaders, translating business questions into rigorous, well-QA'd analyses. - Familiarity with pipeline analytics, sales forecasting methodologies, and revenue lifecycle metrics. - Commitment to data-first decision-making, rigorous QA practices, and proactive cross-functional collaboration.
