Senior OneStream Consultant

Role overview A senior consulting role serving as the technical lead and subject matter expert on complex corporate performance management implementations for U.S. Government clients. The position focuses on architecting solutions, owning technical quality, and mentoring a team of consultants, all delivered in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities - Translate complex federal planning, budgeting, and financial close requirements into architecture blueprints, system designs, and scalable multidimensional data models. - Own overall technical quality: set development standards, lead code reviews, and enforce best practices across business rules, dashboards, and data integration pipelines. - Architect, write, and optimize custom business rules and assemblies using VB.NET or C# along with advanced SQL. - Lead performance tuning efforts across memory, queries, data loading, and consolidation processing. - Direct end-to-end integration strategies including automated data pipelines, REST APIs, security and SSO configuration, and ATO technical artifact preparation. - Serve as the primary technical SME in client architecture sessions and mentor developers and associate consultants in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. - 10+ years of progressive experience in systems design, infrastructure, performance tuning, cloud architecture, and software deployment. - 5+ years of hands-on OneStream development and technical leadership on enterprise implementations. - 4+ years of OneStream XF installation, environment configuration, database management, and optimization. - Advanced proficiency in VB.NET or C# and strong SQL skills (SQL Server or Oracle). - Deep understanding of CPM/EPM concepts, OLAP cubes, and complex financial rules and consolidations.

Nice to have - Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems. - Experience with the federal PPBE process or federal financial management systems. - OneStream Certified Professional (Lead Architect or Core Platform). - CGFM or CDFM certification.
