OneStream Consultant

Role overview Deliver technical components for financial planning, budgeting, close, and reporting systems built on OneStream. This hands-on role spans platform configuration, custom financial logic, integrations, reporting, testing, and compliance support, with ownership of module-level delivery through the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities - Build, test, and troubleshoot OneStream business rules and formulas using VB.NET or C# to implement financial calculations and business logic. - Configure workflows, confirmation and transformation rules, and data management sequences for reporting and budgeting processes. - Create and customize cube views, dashboards, extensible documents, and reports for financial users and leaders. - Develop and optimize data conversion and loading components, SQL scripts, database views, and staging tables. - Support integrations, security configuration, single sign-on, and technical documentation for governance and compliance. - Participate in analysis, design, configuration, testing, root-cause investigation, performance tuning, and risk mitigation.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems engineering, information systems, or a related field. - At least 7 years of professional IT or data analysis experience, including 3 years of hands-on OneStream or comparable CPM/EPM development. - At least 1 year supporting OneStream XF configuration, installation, or optimization. - Proficiency in object-oriented programming with C# or VB.NET and practical SQL skills with SQL Server or Oracle. - U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance or higher.

Nice to have - A relevant OneStream certification, such as Reports & Dashboards, Financial Close, or Core Platform. - Graduate degree in a relevant field; knowledge of financial management concepts such as consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, or PPBE. - Experience with SSO, federal Authority to Operate processes, consulting environments, or Security+ certification.

Benefits and work setup Fully remote role. The stated compensation range is $117,000–$195,100; final pay depends on experience, skills, education, certifications, location, and contract requirements.
