Role overview

A remote consulting role focused on building customized corporate performance management solutions on the OneStream platform for U.S. federal agencies. The work centers on financial planning, budgeting, and reporting systems, supporting decision-making through bespoke configurations rather than off-the-shelf deployments.

Responsibilities

- Configure and develop OneStream artifacts such as Cube Views, Dashboards, MarketPlace Solutions, and Workflow Profiles - Create reports using BI Viewer and Extensible Documents - Design and maintain Security Groups and Roles, managing access rights across dimensions, workflows, and users - Write member formulas and business rules (Finance, Parser, Connector) using VB.NET and SQL - Build Data Management sequences, transformation rules, and data load artifacts; validate results through Quick Views and XFGET/XFSET - Troubleshoot development issues using error logs and trace analysis during unit testing and UAT - Maintain technical playbooks, operation guides, and project documentation

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field - 2+ years of relevant experience in software development or financial systems implementation - 1+ year of hands-on OneStream configuration experience - Familiarity with object-oriented programming (C# or VB.NET) and SQL (Oracle or SQL Server) - Understanding of multidimensional data (OLAP) or financial reporting concepts - U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance or higher

Nice to have

- OneStream Certified Associate (OCA) credential or completion of First Project Readiness / Application Build training - Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) or Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) - Experience with federal PPBE processes or government financial management - Background assisting with ATOs, Single Sign-On, or professional services/consulting firms - CompTIA Security+ certification

Benefits and work setup
