Senior Software Engineer

Role overview Join a small AI product lab focused on building tools for account executives. The team is looking for a senior full-stack engineer who can move fluidly from product thinking to systems design to production code without relying on heavy process. Expect lots of flexibility, direct product ownership, access to the latest AI tooling, and a tight feedback loop around shipping useful products with a high craft bar.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain the product loops behind AI tools, from orchestration through user-facing workflows. - Design and harden evaluation harnesses so agent behavior can be tested, measured, and improved over time. - Work across the stack to turn founder and customer context into shipped software quickly and cleanly. - Build reliable integrations, data pipelines, and application infrastructure. - Improve performance, observability, security, and maintainability as products grow. - Help shape the technical foundation for the next generation of products the lab ships.

Requirements - Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals spanning frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure. - Hands-on experience with LangGraph, ADK, agentic loops, harness engineering, and polyglot systems. - Comfort shipping quickly in ambiguous environments with a high bar for product craft and execution quality. - Experience designing dependable APIs, data models, background workflows, and user-facing product experiences. - Clear written thinking, pragmatic judgment, and the ability to own work end-to-end. - Strong async communication and the ability to turn loose context into concrete technical decisions.
