Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Role overview

Join as a foundational engineer responsible for shipping a core platform from end to end. The work spans the data-capture integrations that record activity sessions and the analytics dashboards that leadership reviews regularly. As one of the first engineers on the team, this role carries significant influence over architecture decisions, technical standards, and the hiring bar.

Responsibilities

- Design and build the platform end to end, from ingestion integrations through to the dashboards engineering leaders rely on - Shape the technical architecture and define the engineering quality standards future hires will follow - Participate directly in cross-functional product and technical decisions - Build, ship, and maintain production code across the full stack - Mentor and model best practices for engineers who join later - Translate product and leadership needs into durable, scalable systems

Requirements

- Senior-level experience as a full-stack engineer shipping production systems end to end - Strong architectural instincts and the ability to set technical direction for a growing team - Comfort working across backend integrations, data pipelines, and frontend dashboards - Track record of making pragmatic engineering tradeoffs and writing maintainable code - Ability to influence cross-functional product and design discussions - Comfort operating as an early team member with broad scope and ownership
