Responsibilities - Own the design and implementation of the agent orchestration platform. - Take the platform into live client work and translate operational learnings into product upgrades. - Build and maintain production-grade agent systems, evolving from prototypes into reliable services. - Work closely with delivery counterparts to ensure the platform serves real client needs.

Requirements - 4+ years of professional production engineering experience. - At least 1 year of hands-on experience shipping agent systems. - Solid software engineering skills with an applied AI orientation. - Ability to operate independently at founding scope, balancing platform and delivery work.
