Role overview Join a senior front-end engineering role shaping the user experience of an enterprise risk and compliance SaaS platform used by governance, risk, and compliance teams worldwide. The work centers on owning the front-end architecture, delivering responsive and accessible interfaces, and weaving AI-powered capabilities into core user workflows. Collaboration spans product, design, QA, and backend partners in an Agile, remote-friendly cadence.
Responsibilities - Design and ship modular, reusable UI components with TypeScript, Angular, and contemporary build tools to support long-term maintainability at enterprise scale - Champion automated testing across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers (e.g., Cypress) to keep coverage high and defect rates low in fast CI/CD cycles - Integrate AI tooling and automated developer workflows that accelerate feature delivery and embed intelligent features directly into user experiences - Monitor and tune web performance, responsiveness, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility, using observability tooling to surface and resolve UI bottlenecks - Lead thorough code reviews and offer constructive feedback that raises squad-wide standards and supports earlier-career engineers' growth - Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Backend partners to refine specifications and ship intuitive customer-facing features - Produce clear architectural documentation and technical specs that preserve codebase health and share domain context
Requirements - 5+ years of professional front-end engineering experience delivering complex production applications in enterprise settings - Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and Angular, or modern component-based frameworks such as React or Vue, paired with modern build tooling - A track record of writing testable code and building unit, integration, and E2E suites (e.g., Cypress, Jest) as a routine part of the development lifecycle - Practical experience leveraging AI tools, LLMs, or AI coding assistants to boost developer velocity and code reliability - Solid grasp of web performance optimization, responsive design, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards for enterprise SaaS - Comfort working remotely or in a hybrid model, with willingness to travel occasionally for team onsites and company events
Nice to have - Background building enterprise B2B SaaS platforms, ideally in GRC, security, or data-intensive analytics - Familiarity with GitLab CI pipelines, Webpack bundling optimization, or Datadog Real User Monitoring
