Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain processes. Configure and customize SCM software solutions to meet client needs, including modules such as procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics. Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to discuss solution designs, functional specifications, and system configurations. Provide technical expertise in areas such as data migration, integration with other systems (e.g., ERP systems), and customization of reports and dashboards. Develop and execute test plans to ensure that SCM systems meet quality standards and functional requirements. Provide training and support to end-users during and after system implementations. Collaborate with developers and system administrators to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in SCM technology and recommend improvements to clients' systems. Document system configurations, processes, and technical specifications. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of SCM projects within budget and scope.
