Lead end-to-end SCM implementations with 8+ years of experience in solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Analyze and improve procurement, inventory, warehouse, logistics, and order management processes.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and document requirements.
Configure SCM modules in ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Develop and manage system integrations using APIs, EDI, or middleware tools.
Conduct UAT, deliver training, and provide post-go-live support and enhancements.
Drive process automation and improvements using digital tools and RPA.
Oversee data migration, validation, and master data management.
Work with developers to implement and support customizations and system upgrades.
