Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements specific to retail commerce and translate them into functional designs. Configure and customize retail modules within Dynamics 365 Commerce. Work with stakeholders to optimize retail operations, including point-of-sale (POS), e-commerce, and inventory management. Provide training and support to retail staff and end-users. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integration with other systems and platforms. Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure robust and efficient solutions.
