Job Title: Power BI Technical Consultant Location: Remote Job
Description: The Power BI Technical Consultant will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality Power BI solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in data analytics, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives. Design and develop Power BI reports dashboards, and data visualizations based on client needs. Implement data models and ETL processes to transform raw data into meaningful insights. Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability. Provide technical expertise and support to clients during all phases of the project lifecycle. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on Power BI best practices. Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and industry trends. Assist in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and proposal preparation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred) Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Consultant, with a minimum of [insert number] years in a similar role. Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and M Query. Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience with SQL databases. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.
