Summary:
As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions using Power BI. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, design dashboards, and deliver insightful visualizations to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Visualization:
Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.
Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Implement data visualization best practices to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
Data Modeling and Transformation:
Develop data models and ETL processes to integrate data from various sources.
Optimize data structures for improved performance and scalability.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives.
Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of BI solutions.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
