Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power Apps Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Power Apps solutions to meet business requirements. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, understanding business needs, and leveraging Power Platform capabilities to create innovative and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Development:
Design and develop Power Apps solutions, including Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps.
Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft products such as Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure services.
Customize and configure Dataverse (Common Data Service) entities and relationships.
Implement custom connectors and APIs for extended functionality.
Requirement Analysis and Consultation:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Provide expert advice on Power Platform capabilities and best practices.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution designs.
Technical Implementation and Support:
Develop, test, and deploy Power Apps solutions, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Apps applications.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators.
Project Management and Collaboration:
Participate in project planning, estimation, and timeline management.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers.
Ensure alignment of Power Apps solutions with overall business strategy and IT architecture.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Power Apps development and implementation.
Proven track record of delivering successful Power Apps projects.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Dataverse.
Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data integration techniques.
Experience with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure services.
Knowledge of coding languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and JSON.

Certifications (Preferred):
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals.
