Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Create and configure workflows, plugins, and custom entities within the CRM platform. Integrate CRM with other applications, systems, and third-party tools. Perform data migration and ensure the integrity of data in the system. Collaborate with functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to CRM functionality. Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements to CRM solutions.
