About this role
Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in D365 Retail/Commerce implementations.
Lead requirement gathering with retail stakeholders to capture functional needs.
Configure and implement D365 Commerce modules: POS, Store Ops, Loyalty, Pricing, Inventory, eCommerce.
Design retail business processes and map to D365 functionalities.
Prepare functional specs, test cases, training materials, and user guides.
Work with technical teams on customizations and integrations.
Conduct system testing, UAT, and support go-live.
Provide post-go-live support, enhancements, and process improvements.
Ensure solutions follow best practices and meet business objectives.
