D365 CRM Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

Design and architect end-to-end CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.

Oversee the implementation of CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce), including integration with other systems and data migration.

Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from design to deployment.

Develop and maintain architectural documentation and design standards.

Evaluate and recommend new CRM technologies and tools to enhance system performance and functionality.
