D365 CRM Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of CRM projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure project success. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring smooth project execution. Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and managing client expectations. Ensure CRM solutions are aligned with business goals and requirements.
