D365 BC - Techno Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) to meet business requirements. Provide technical and functional support to end-users. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements or solutions. Develop and maintain system integrations with other applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct user training and support sessions. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly. Document system configurations, customizations, and user manuals.
