CRM - Techno Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications. Develop and deploy customizations, workflows, and integrations within Dynamics 365 CRM. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of the system. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data integrity and system performance. Work with cross-functional teams to optimize system functionality and business processes.
