Lead Dynamics CE implementations across all phases (discovery, build, test, deployment).
Design system architecture, customize CRM, and manage data migrations (including SFDC to Dynamics).
Develop and integrate solutions using .NET, C#, JavaScript, Web API, and Azure.
Implement DevOps pipelines, manage repositories, and ensure high-quality code with testing.
Conduct end-user training, create documentation, and establish best practices.
Present CRM solutions, collaborate with clients, and provide technical expertise.
Follow agile methodologies, participate in daily SCRUM, and drive continuous improvements.
