Business Central Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end Business Central implementation projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, resource allocation, and timelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to minimize impact and maintain project momentum. Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure quality assurance by performing thorough testing and review of Business Central implementations. Facilitate client workshops and training sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer to end-users. Manage project budgets and resources, adhering to cost control practices and budgetary guidelines.
