Job Title: BC Technical Consultant Job
Description: The Business Central Technical Consultant will be responsible for implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to meet the unique requirements of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ERP systems, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and requirements. Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet client needs, including but not limited to: system setup, data migration, workflow automation, and report customization. Develop extensions and integrations using AL language, Visual Studio Code, and other development tools. Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of implemented solutions. Provide technical expertise and support to clients during all phases of the project lifecycle, including post-implementation support. Train end-users on the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance as needed. Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and advise clients on best practices and opportunities for optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
