Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements. Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements. Configure and customize D365 BC to meet client needs. Develop and maintain documentation including business requirements, process flows, and system configurations. Provide end-user training and support. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 BC. Work closely with the technical team to design and implement integrations and customizations. Participate in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and proposal development. Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in D365 BC. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
