Job Title: AX Finance Functional Consultant Location: Remote Job
Description: As an AX Finance Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX Finance modules to meet the business needs of our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into AX Finance solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting processes along with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation projects. Responsibilities:
Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their business processes and financial reporting needs. Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics AX Finance modules to meet client requirements, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Fixed Assets, and Budgeting. Collaborate with technical teams to design and develop customizations, integrations, and reports within the AX Finance modules. Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the AX Finance solution. Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities during the implementation process. Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Dynamics AX Finance functionality and best practices. Stay up-to-date on the latest Microsoft Dynamics AX Finance features and enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience as a functional consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics AX Finance modules. Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes. Proven track record of successfully implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX Finance modules in multiple projects. Hands-on experience with configuration, customization, and integration of AX Finance modules. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310) preferred.
